ACES Class Schedule

Below you will find the class schedule from the 2026/2027 cycle.

Class Schedule

ACES has been going strong for 23+ years! You are only permitted to miss two class days per semester for emergency reasons. If additional classes are missed, you will be asked to repeat the semester.

Classroom – Virtual classroom sessions will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am – 12 pm throughout the fall and spring semesters (unless otherwise noted). Make-up days are built into the schedule to account for inclement weather that results in a delay or cancelation at University Park during a classroom date. No classes will be held on make-up days that are not needed.

Asynchronous – The asynchronous modules are required and contain important information that will help you prepare for the ACES class. You may complete these modules at your own pace and at any time before the corresponding class session. They do not need to be completed on the Tuesday/Thursday dates listed in the schedule. As long as the asynchronous units are completed before the class that follows (as outlined on the course schedule), you will meet the requirement. Please note that some units assigned within a week may take longer than the four hours typically allotted for classroom instruction.

Teamwork – Each person will have a specific role within the group project. Working collaboratively with your assigned team, you will complete projects that integrate and apply the concepts and skills learned throughout the program.
