Job Responsibilities

Project Manager for two key projects: NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) $13M project housed at Engineering and a Bill and Melinda Gates $7M project housed at OSVPR where she will oversee key initiatives.

Professional Background

Terra Ingram was born and raised in Bellefonte. She has previously worked at and managed Centre Hills Country Club but has worked at Penn State for nearly 19 years. During her time at Penn State, she has worked at the Smeal College of Business in the undergraduate department of Marketing, Penn State World Campus Office of Program Planning and Management, and in the College of Agricultural Sciences with the Agricultural and Extension Education program. Most recently she was the administrative manager for the college’s newly formed interdisciplinary research institute, The Institute for Sustainable Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Science (SAFES).

She has an Associate’s degree from South Hills School of Business & Technology in Business Administration: Management & Marketing, a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Francis University in Organizational Leadership and a Masters of Professional Studies in the Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University. She is also an alumna of Pennsylvania’s Leadership Development Program, RULE, which offered through Penn State Extension.

In her free time, Terra volunteers to help coordinate State College the Magazine’s Chefs on Stage event, helps with the Centre County United Way, and is a board member of The Print Factory, an independent, all volunteer run bookstore in Bellefonte.
