Professional Background
Rachel joined SIRO with a background in grants consulting for higher education institutions. Her expertise includes grant analysis, forecasting, proposal development, and strategic planning. She holds a degree in Professional Writing with Marketing and a minor in Visual Arts from Juniata College. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her two rabbits.
