As an Accountant for the Research Accounting department, Alyssa’s duties include grant closeouts in SIMBA, f&a adjustments, the bill up to the award amount procedure, assisting the Cash Management team with payment postings, and other responsibilities as needed.
Alyssa started her career at Penn State in 2019 and joined the Research Accounting team as a part-time Accountant in 2021. Alyssa has obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
