Aaron is an accountant in the Office of Research Accounting on the Governmental Billing and Reporting Team. His responsibilities include managing the accounts receivable functions for sponsored research projects, mainly focused on those funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Successful completion of his duties ensures accuracy of invoicing, timely detailed financial reports, and compliance with all required governmental regulations.
Aaron joined Penn State Health in April 2011 before transitioning to the College of Medicine in 2016. After a one-year break to work for the Department of the Navy in 2024, he has returned to Penn State. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife Mallory, reading, playing golf, and watching Pittsburgh sports.
