SARI Tracking & Plan Development (Program Administrators)
Tracking for SARI
SARI is tracked as a Milestone in LionPath. Graduate program administrators are responsible for keeping track of students’ progress for fulfilling their SARI requirements in LionPath.
How to track SARI Milestones in LionPATH
For step-by-step instructions on how to track SARI Milestones in LionPATH, please refer to this short training. Below, you will find additional resources for updating SARI Milestones:
Resources to Share with Students
Attention all program administrators, please share the below SARI flyer with your students. It contains a brief description of SARI and it allows you, as the program administrator, to insert your specific SARI program plan at the bottom of the page. We highly encourage the use of this form as every graduate student will need to complete their SARI requirements prior to graduation. It is best to get an early start to planning.
Tracking for Doctoral Students
Once completed in a master’s program, students do not need to fulfill SARI requirements again for their Ph.D program. However, students conducting human or animal research must renew their CITI training every 3 years. SARI requirements can be marked “complete” in LionPath and “how attempted” should be marked as “filed petition” in the drop down box.
SARI Program Plan Development
See below for information and tools for planning a SARI @ PSU educational program:
