Project Request Workflow
This flowchart outlines the process for submitting and managing requests for drone flights within our drone compliance program. It involves steps for both users requesting flights and administrators who review and approve those requests.
User Steps:
- Start: A user initiates a request to add a drone flight to a project.
- Manage Projects and Flights: The user navigates to the “Manage Projects and Project Flights” section.
- Add Project:
- New Request: If this is a new project, the user selects “Add Project” and inputs the required project information.
- Existing Project: If the project already exists, the user searches for it.
- Clone (if required): If necessary, the user clones the project or flight information.
- Add Flight: The user selects “Add Flight” and inputs the flight information.
- Conduct Flight: The user conducts the flight as planned.
- Submit Post-Flight Report: The user submits a report detailing the flight activities.
Administrator Steps:
- Review Project Request: An administrator reviews the initial project request.
- Approve: If approved, the process moves forward.
- Deny: If denied, the process ends.
- Review Post-Flight Report: The administrator reviews the submitted post-flight report.
System Steps:
- Save Flight Information: The system saves the flight information.
- End: The process is complete.
