Sue serves the Penn State research administration community as the Pre-Award Manager of the OSP Proposal Team. She provides oversight to her team of proposal generalists in accordance with applicable University policies and sponsor requirements.
Sue has over 25 years of experience working in research administration, most recently as the Director of Research Administration for the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Prior to that she worked in CWRU's central research office in Pre-Award, submitting grants and contracts, and Compliance, managing the CWRU IRB.
Sue received a B.A. in Applied History from Ohio University.
