Kyle serves the Penn State Research Administration community with a focus on proposal submissions. He is a member of the OSP Proposal Team, which submits proposals to state and federal agencies, industries, and non-profits for various units experiencing immediate staffing needs or significant increases in proposal submissions.
Kyle began his career in Research Administration at the University of Florida at the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. He joined Penn State University in 2018 working as a Proposal and Award Generalist II and III at the Eberly College of Science before expanding his Pre and Post-Award Research Administration experience in the College of Education as a Proposal & Award Generalist IV and Grants & Contracts Administrator and Manager.
Kyle has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Services Administration from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida.
