Danna serves the Penn State research administration community with a broad focus on electronic research administration (eRA) systems. She supports users across the university by addressing questions and resolving issues, while also managing hundreds of electronic systems used in the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). In addition, she coordinates logistics for professional development opportunities offered to the research community and manages multiple research-related listservs.
Danna is an OSP webmaster and works closely with the Director of OSP on the Delegated Signature Authority MOU process. She also serves as Chair of the eRA Systems Committee and is an active member of the Website Committee.
Danna began her career at Penn State in 1994 in the College of Engineering Training Lab, where she trained faculty and staff on various software platforms. She later transitioned into research administration, working in the College of Engineering Research Office and subsequently in Outreach. She has been with OSP since 2011.
