External Funding Resources
Penn State offers faculty access to Funding Institutional, a searchable database of funding opportunities and awarded grants from both public and private sponsors. First-time users must create a login while accessing the site from within the Penn State network. For questions or assistance accessing Funding Institutional, please contact Michelle Hutnik.
Limited Submissions
Certain grant opportunities (for example, the NSF Major Research Instrumentation program) only allow a limited number of applicants per institution. In those cases, the unit overseeing the limited submission holds a downselect to determine the internal candidates. Please check the limited submissions list before applying to any grant.
