Under the leadership of Jason Guilbeault and Tiffany Cunningham, the Financial Analysis and Compliance Office (FACO) achieved a remarkable 99.9% completion rate in Penn State’s 2025 effort certification cycle—exceeding the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goal of 99%. This milestone reflects OSVPR’s ongoing commitment to accountability, transparency, and service excellence in research administration.
Through collaboration with SIMBA and ORIS, FACO introduced a new effort certification dashboard, improved system functionality, streamlined workflows, and modernized policies that make compliance easier and more efficient for faculty and administrators alike.
