Kim began her career with Penn State in January 2001. Over the years she has worked in several colleges; Eberly College of Science, College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, Smeal College of Business, College of Health and Human Development and the College of Medicine. In September 2024, she returned “home” to University Park joining the new Financial Analysis and Compliance Office. Her experience in Research and Finance Offices across the institution has provided her with knowledge that spans over multiple areas, with her strength being in labor distribution and effort reporting. She enjoys working on process documentation and training users.
Kim received the ACES Certified Research Administrator certification in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Penn State University. She has also been a member of the Post Award Working Group (PAWG).
