Jennifer serves as a Contracting Officer in Penn State’s Office of Sponsored Programs, where she manages outgoing subawards, reviews requests for proposals, processes gifts and grants, and negotiates contracts, subawards, and related modifications.
Jennifer joined Penn State in 2025, after two years as a Contract & Grant Specialist in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at Lehigh University. At Lehigh, she was responsible for proposal submission through award closeout and served as an Authorized Organizational Representative for the University. She is an active member in the National Council for University Research Administrators (NCURA) and has presented at Region II meetings.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Paralegal Studies from Kutztown University.
